The world values looks over the substance of our soul.
Values money over the quality of our personality.
What of our spirit or the sanctity of our hearts.
What fool declared material objects more worthy.
Which of you immoral people judges men accordingly.
When your looks have faded what will you have us say.
When you are deceased will you not be penniless also.
There are more worthy and noble things in this life.
Than the trivial pursuits of material possessions.
The heart is what I see, make yourself a heart of gold.
Refine it, cleanse it of impurities and let it shine.
Nourish your spirit with humility and kindness.
You will be judged for how you lived, not what you owned.
